ONX is operated by Optimal Nexus Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. pending registration). Our registered office is in the United Kingdom. By using the ONX platform ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
ONX is an operating system for people businesses — BPOs, consultancies, MSPs and staffing firms. It connects Revenue, Talent, Operations and Finance, with an Intelligence layer that learns across decisions. The Service includes modules for pipeline and market intelligence (Revenue), applicant tracking and hiring intelligence (Talent), delivery and workforce health (Operations), and financial performance and forecasting (Finance).
Where you use features that process publicly available business information or third-party enrichment data — such as company discovery and contact enrichment within Revenue — that data is intended for legitimate B2B purposes under the lawful basis of legitimate interests, in accordance with UK GDPR and EU GDPR.

ONX is licensed per operating company on an annual term, billed annually in advance. Each operating company is covered by one contract; additional operating companies are added at the rate quoted in your order. Prices are stated in GBP and exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice ahead of any renewal.
Unless your order states otherwise, the annual term renews automatically. You may elect not to renew by giving notice before the end of the current term. Fees for a term in progress are non-refundable except where required by law.
Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service you acknowledge that you have read and understood it.
You are the data controller for any personal data you process using the Service. Optimal Nexus Ltd acts as a data processor on your behalf. A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is available on request at compliance@optimalnexus.com.
All rights in the Service, including software, design, and branding, remain with Optimal Nexus Ltd. You retain ownership of data you upload to the Service. We do not claim ownership of your data.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Optimal Nexus Ltd's total liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid during that period. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
The Service is provided "as is." ONX surfaces intelligence, scores and recommendations to support your decisions — it does not make them for you. We do not warrant that third-party, enrichment or model-generated data is accurate, complete or up to date, and you remain responsible for verifying it before you act on it.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, after giving notice where practicable. You may request deletion of your account and data at any time — see our Privacy Policy for details.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
